In 2017, my wife and I left Ukraine due to the war, seeking a safer future in the U.S. After founding my own law firm in Ukraine and working in real estate law, I pivoted to real estate in California. I completed my real estate exam in five months while learning English and started my career in December 2019, just before the pandemic. Despite challenges, I studied the market, advised clients, and helped them make strong investments.

I pride myself on transparent communication, building relationships beyond transactions. Real estate allows me to guide clients through major decisions, combining my legal background with a passion for problem-solving. I focus on ensuring clients have the information they need, even if it means highlighting potential issues with a property.

With my wife, Maria, and daughter Leia, I’ve found stability and a future I’m excited to continue building. I aim to grow my business and help more families achieve their real estate dreams.
