About Yuri

I am a California real estate agent serving the Bay Area, with a focus on Silicon Valley and the South Bay, including San Jose, Campbell, Los Gatos, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, and San Francisco. I help buyers and sellers make confident real estate decisions through strategic guidance, clear communication, and a high level of service.

Before moving to the United States, I worked as a lawyer in Ukraine and founded my own law firm. In 2017, my wife and I relocated to San Jose to build a safer and more stable future for our family. Starting over in a new country gave me a deeper appreciation for trust, transparency, and strong guidance during major life decisions.

My legal background continues to shape how I serve my clients today. It helps me stay organized, detail-oriented, and focused during negotiations and contract review. While learning English and studying real estate in the U.S., I passed my California real estate exam on the first try. That experience reinforced the work ethic and persistence I bring to my business.

I began my real estate career in December 2019. Since then, I have focused on helping clients navigate the market with a personalized strategy based on their goals, timing, and priorities. I stay on top of local market trends, pricing shifts, inventory changes, and opportunities so my clients can make informed decisions with confidence. I work with both buyers and sellers as a buyer’s agent and listing agent, and I provide strategic pricing guidance as a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).

In 2025, I was honored to be recognized among the Top 5% of REALTORS® by the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS® with the R.E.A.L. Award. I am grateful for that recognition, and I see it as a reflection of the trust my clients place in me.

My approach is relationship-focused and long-term. I want my clients to feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process, and I stay available as a resource even after closing.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, snowboarding, hiking, and traveling.

I work with a diverse range of clients and speak English, Ukrainian, and Russian, which helps me provide clear communication and a more comfortable experience throughout the process.
